I worked with Justin my salesman, he went above and beyond to find me the vehicle with the exact options and color i wanted! For a first time buyer. It went better than expected. Knew what I wanted and when I came in they had it right out front ready for me. Had a couple small issues but Ivan took care of all of it in light speed. If you want a salesman who won’t xx you Ivan’s definitely the guy.

Worst dealership to deal with. General Manager Keith Miller is by far one of be worst manager. They do not value the customer nor they care about ethical business . They will give you the run around ... even run your credit and get bank approval all while they wait for another customer to pay more for vehicle .

We live in MA and purchased a used car from Ivan and Ferman. Most of the transaction happened over the phone. This is always a questionable situation. Ivan was extremely responsive and helpful, the dealership worked closely with our insurance agent, and when we arrived everything was exactly as they said it would be. Emailed the dealership about the vehicle I purchased. I got the final out the door price easily unlike many dealerships in the area. I was greeted by Ivan the next day and the process was a breeze. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Made an appointment for service with Bryan Anderson and found he was the rudest person. I was a few minutes early and had no problem waiting and he made a really big deal about he was still "at lunch". I'm like dude...do I look like I care? I am on my phone here waiting for my appointment time. Never would go there again or buy a car from them.
I don’t particularly appreciate when dealerships lie to you to make a sale. I was going through Bankruptcy and got this letter in the mail from this dealership saying that I could help, and I told them I wanted to place a custom order for a specific model, and they told me to do that. We had visited the other Ferman Chevy location and had a HORRIBLE experience. I called this location and spoke with Ken who was very fast in having Laz, the salesman, call me back and within 2 hours we were driving away in a new to us van! They were very kind, responsive, got us a great loan, and earned our business for life. This was the best car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had.
I bought a car from Ferman and it has been a joke! I left the dealership with the fill window washer light on, I then looked down at the gas tank to see they have left me 1/4 tank of gas. Within 500 miles the car needed an oil change, the tires were deflated, and a 14 INCH piece of the sunroof fell in my lap.
I made an appointment with Lexas of Clearwater they replaced the widow wipers and found out that there is a recall on the car! They have ordered the parts and will call back when they arrive.

Looked at getting into a 2020 Camaro LT1. Ran through financing with an 824 credit score on a Saturday. By Sunday they raised the price by $2k and the APR through GM financial was 7.9% somehow?!?! Offered to put $6k down and the dealer never returned the call. They really seem intent on selling vehicles here. Take your business elsewhere.
THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY!! SHADY SALES AND MANAGEMENT!! I emailed about a car I was interested in. The car listing had back up camera under specs. When I went to check out and test drive the car, it did not have the back up camera option. On the website, they had it listed with a back up camera.
